Table Of Contents

After adding the web component "Table Of Contents" and setting the start
URL,Save,Publish in PP then looking at it in a browser it does not display
correctly. It showes up as home with a list of pages but not by the
navigation view in Power Point. It should match what is wrong or what can I
do to make it display correctly?
