Table of Figures

Is is possible to place an independent Table of Figures
and a Table of "Tables" Reference in a Word Document. If
so, how?
My document requires a ToC (done) followed by a list of
figures then a list of tables in a separate section.

I have had no luck in seaching through ref. books and
google.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Both Table of Figures and Table of Tables are just specialized tables of
contents. You can have as many tables of contents as you want; you just
select which heading or captions you want included. If Word asks you whether
you want to replace an existing TOC, say no.
