Table properties

Is there a way to determine what the cell height is in Pub 2002? I know I
can change it by dragging but I'm rather anal - I want to make all of them
the same.

What you do is select the whole table and say enter font size 16. Now when
you go to make the Table smaller, the cells will only go to that point size.
Consequently they will now all be the same height.

You can now select the whole table again and change it to the point size of
the font you want to use.

Don't forget you can also change the Table Cell properties, as by default
the Table Cell and Text Frame properties are HUGE/MASSIVE
In Publisher 97 you could have all these items set as defaults for each and
every publication.

YUCK! Looks like I'll be eyeballing it. The problem is that some of my rows
need to be two lines of text deep. What I was hoping to do is to maintain
one hight for single lines oftext and one for double.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

You just put a return temporarily in the one you want two lines.

I will show you another way later when I return.

What do you mean it automaticcaly adds space? Mine doesn't. Is there some
setting that I've missed?

The problem with resting on your laurels is that eventually you are sitting
on dead branches.

If you just keep adding text in a cell Pub 02 automatically increases the
cell depth to add another line without any effort from you. Try it
