Table questions

Hi..I am new here.

I want to create 2 tables with 5 rows and 2 columns..side by side...but
seperated. I am having a problem doing this. Can someone help?

Create a single row table w/ 2 cells
Insert a table in each of your 2 cells
- you can add a 3rd cell between the 2 outer cells as a spacer
