Table shading in Word will not print

Shading in a table cell in a Word document will not print out even though it
is visible on screen and will print out on a colleagues computer.

Most likely a problem with your printer driver. Try downloading and installing
the newest driver for your printer from the manufacturer's website. If that
doesn't help, follow up in the word.printingfonts newsgroup. Be sure to mention
- version of Word
- type of printer
