Taking off "Block Sender" in Outlook

I accidentally clicked on Block Sender under Message in
Outlook.

How do I take this off so that sender isn't blocked. When
you block it emails from this Sender now automatically go
to Deleted Items.

Check your message rules or check the Junk E-mail Filter settings
