target frame fp2000 does not work on web but does on my PC

L.S.,

I am experiencing a strange mismatch in results while
using target frame in fp 2000.
On my local PC it works as expected: hyperlinks from the
menu portion result in the page being shown in the main
portion.
After publication on the web, the pages that should be
shown in the main part are shown in full size/as a new
page.
I have checked and changed etc. (especially de name
referred to) but it simply does not work.
Can anyone help me out here please? It's driving me nuts.
