Task Folders mysteriously created

Running Outlook XP on Windows 20000. When I click on
another persons Mailbox to look at their calendar, 2 task
folders are automatically created in their mailbox (I am
designated delegate for his mailbox). I can't stop the
folders from being created. I look at this person's
calendar probably 50 times a day, so it is rather
irritating!!
