Task List

I need some help with my Entourage "task" list. When I print it my
"task" side is cut short by the "categories side. Basically on my
screen it shows the entire "task" and "categorie", but when I print
direct or from a PDF it cuts off my "task" so it does not show
completely to me or the staff that I send it to. I've done what I know
how to do in "preferences" with no luck!
Please advise
Using a Powerbook G4, Office 2004, Mac OS10 Version 10.4.3
