Task Recurrence Edit Outlook 2003

Suzanne

I am trying to edit a recurring task in Outlook 2003. Help states to use the
Action menu and Recurrence but this is not even an option in Outlook 2003.
There is not even an option to remove the recurrence as in past versions of
Outlook. Any help is appreciated.

Check to see if you're displaying the full menus. If you see two little down
arrows on the bottom of the Actions menu, then you're not displaying the
entire menu. Click those two little down arrows and the full menu should
display. You can also click the Recurrence button on the toolbar.

Patricia, You seem to be very knowledgeable -- any thoughts on my post this
evening about Word closing down when I send an Outlook message? Thanks! Vic

There is no option for more arrow options to choose in my version. We are
using Outlook 2003 Professional.

There is no Reccurence option at all on a toolbar or in the Actions menu. It
only appears when you create a new task. I guess that is the one and only
time you have to create the recurrence. I used to be able to edit them in
older versions but can't find a way in this 2003 version. Does anyone know
about the new version?
Thank you.
