Task View - Losing Sort On Save

We've got a public folder with tasks in it, and a view
which groups by person assigned to the task. When the
user clicks on a column header to sort their view, then
open and save a task, it jumps down to the bottom of that
person's grouped list. They work down the list, so when
it moves it throws them off. Does anyone have any ideas
as to what is causing the task to move? If it's sorted,
why would it move when it gets saved? I checked the data
and the field being sorted on didn't change.
