Tasks do not appear updated in MS Project 2007

Hello to everybody,

I am working with Project Pro 2007 and the company has decided that the
resources should put the working hours in my tasks view from Project Web
Acces to carry out the tracking of the project.
Every resource puts his corresponding hours and the project manager approves
them without any problem from pwa. Nevertheless, when he opens Project's
planning in project center or in MS Project, his changes do not appear and
the tasks are not updated.
I have been looking for the reason of the failure, but everything seems to
work right: the project is published, the queue for failed jobs is empty....I
have not found
anything.
I hope that someone could help me, please.
I am grateful in advance for the given attention.

This has been a known issue. Make sure you have latest updates installed on
project server and ms project, these include sp1, IU. Don't know if the latst
CU of august is needed too.
