tasks have disappeared!

I have a user that closed down her Outlook on Friday and opened on Monday,
and all the tasks were gone. Also gone is anything in the calendar.

She swears up and down that she didn't do anything . . .

The store is on the mail server, there are no special views - Outlook 2002
with all the updates and patches (server is updated as well, E2KSrvPack4,
etc)

Any thoughts??
