Tasks not showing up in PWA

Anyone have any idea why a user's tasks won't load in
project web access? The area that is supposed to list the
tasks just has a white frame and says loading... I've
already uninstalled adn reinstalled the active x
controls. I don't have any trouble with any other
machines. And, it's not the user, as this user can log on
to another machine and access her tasks just fine. It's
her machine. Anyone know of any conflicts with the PWA
active x controls and anything else?
