Tasks & unique number

Hi,
Is there anyway I can add an unique number to each task,
that can be used to reference this task outside Outlook
(e.g. paper folders, etc).

Any Outlook item has a unique identifier, Item.EntryID. In conjunction
with Item.Parent.StoreID it uniquely identifies any Outlook item and
where it's stored. The EntryID is persistent unless the item is moved.
