tcp/ip connection terminated

I just got a new computer with Windows XP (same DSL as
before when I had Windows 2000) and I'm now getting
intermitent "TCP/IP connection unexpectedly terminated"
errors from Outlook. Sometimes I can send email and
sometimes I get the error. I'm always able to received
email. I've never had this problem before. Does anyone
have any ideas? Thanks!
