Team Calendar Problem

I have recently installed Outlook Team Calendar on to Outlook 2000. Each time I view the Team Calendar, every appointment from each member of my team is copied and pasted into my deleted items folder automatically. Clearly this is clogging up my deleted items folder very quickly

Can anyone help please??? My administrator is as confused as me
