Telephone activation broken

Just a thought - Dell ties their OS to a BIOS signature - they might do the
same thing with Office.

Help/Assistance Pane/open Communities
want to activate the software by telephone" make the Microsoft Office 2003
Activation Wizard dialog disappear? Can anyone imagine why this might
happen? If I could get to contacting Microsoft about it, the other question
would be answered...
