Temp Stop and Start Recording Macros.

Greetings,

It seems like I am interrupted a lot whenever I'm trying to record a macro.
The telephone rings, someone walks in, etc. I usually just stop the
recording, go ahead and use another computer program or application, then
return to Excel when finished and start recording the macro over from the
start.

How do I temporarily stop recording the macro so I can continue where I left
off at a later time?
