template for a 9/80 work schedule

Does anyone know of a calendar that can be copied into MS Project 2003 for a
9/80 work schedule? This would have 9 hour days Monday through Thursday, and
then alternate 8 hours and non-work hours on Fridays. It would require two
calendars for different 8hr/non-working Friday schedules.
