Template for headstone Plaque

Please I Hope you can help me,

As i have no idea where to start i have to crate my parent's plaque for
their grave.

So i've been looking for a template of plaques with any luck.

I don't think you'll find anything like this, but you can try typing in
appropriate search terms at http://www.google.com

Or if you ask the people at the mortuary/funeral home, they may have
something you can use. Or if you're working with a stonemason or someone
like that, see what they have available. Otherwise, you may have to create
your own.
