My husband is a photographer, just starting his business. He will be doing a
photo shoot for a youth sports league i October and we want to put the order
information for each child on the outside of a business sized envelope for
them to take home to their parents..
I am looking for a template for printing on the outside of an envelope. Can
anyone help me out?

Most Publisher versions have size 10 envelope templates built in. In Publisher
2007 there is a template for #10 portrait on the page layout screen.

I tried using what I have in Microsoft Word. Went to tools, envelopes and
labels, and accessed the envelope template that way, then when I went to
print it, there was only one line that it caught. there is only one way to
put the envelope in to make a copy.
I finally made a document (actually 2 on a page) and will slip that into an
envelope to hand out to the kids parents. I just wanted to eliminate one
more piece of paper for them to lose by having it printed on the outside of
the envelope they will use to put their payment in.
Looks like I will have to do some poking around and try to learn MWord more.
Thank you for your response,

I am sorry I suggested Publisher. The post before yours was a Publisher query.
I'm glad you found a workaround. Thanks for sharing it.

mtnmama,
Here is a sample document that you might be able to use.

Basically I took an envelope document in MS Word'03, deleted the Address
Block box. Then inserted a table in the document.
