Template forms for storyboarding

I am in a new job where I have to create storyboards for eLearning tools.
The folks here created a document that acts as their template for writing the
storyboards. It is essentially a table with two columns and two rows. The
upper row is for titles the lower section for notes about graphics on the
left and the on-screen text to the right. The problem I have is when I am
writing I have to stop at the end of each page and mouse around to the next
area as tabbing or entering change the size of the cells. Also the
“template†has only three pages, the average storyboard is closer to 40 pages
so you have to create a new page and copy and paste the table to each page.
Is there an easier option?

Tabbing shouldn't change the size of the cell. Use your down arrow to get to
the next row. When you get to the bottom of page 3, click on the *outside*
of the second column and hit enter to create a new row.

Select the table on one page and save it as an AutoText entry. Insert that
entry on each new page. Provided there are no empty paragraphs between the
insertions, the inserted table sections should create a continuous table so
that you can tab from the last cell on one page to the first cell on the
next. Note that a manual page break will split the table, but formatting the
top row on a page as "Page break before" will not.
