When I attempt to open a template attached to a message
in Outlook XP it does not bring up the opened template as
a new message. Instead it opens a new message window and
shows the same template as an attachment. I have set up
an oft extension and associated with Outlook, but it
still fails to open the attachment as it should. I have
searched the KB for this but without success.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so how were you
able to resolve the issue. Thank You.
