Template problems in Frontpage

I'm trying to fix a friend's website. First we couldn't upload becuause his
DNS was wrong. (He got angry at his old webhost and he moved his site to a
new webhost.) Now there is a problem with the template. On the website you
see the index.html file but it doesn't use the template.

You can see the files on the website but they are not used correctly.

I've used templates a lot in Dreamweaver but I barely use Frontpage.

I hope you can explain how to fix this problem.

FP2000 doesn't apply templates automatically
If you created a template page, either open the saved template for each new page, or make copies of it (renaming each) for all pages
to look the same
- other option is to take a look at Include pages or Shared Borders
(Shared Borders can be applied to all pages automatically)

PS your images are not appearing in your template
