template won't print

I downloaded a card template and saved it to my documents and now that I want
to print them, they wont print...how come please help

*SIGH* What does "won't print" mean? We're not psychic. Do you receive any
errors (if so, please quote verbatim), or does the printer simply spit out
blank paper?
