I am using access 2003.
We are running 15 different courses in different time of calendar year.
These courses repeat every year. Students will receive a certificate once
they complete one course, and receive a plaque indicate they successfully
complete 15 courses. Should I create two tables: one for students contact
information and one for courses. Is there any similar template I can modify
to serve my need.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi mh,

I'd say you need more than two tables... one for student info, one for
course info, one to link students to courses, others depending on what else
you want to achieve...

Try searching on "student course database" or similar in google and you
should find some samples...
