Need Help Creating a Word Template using Excel

Hi,

I once worked on a word/excel file where I put in information into cells of excel, clicked "run", and then a word document with my info was created.

For example:

If there is a word document that says: "Hi, my name is Sara. I am 25 years old". The words "Sara" and "25" would be modifiable by data entered in a linked excel file. Someone else could easily go in and modify their name and age to yield their own personalized statement (i.e. "Hi, my name is John. I am 16 years old") by using the excel spreadsheet.

Can someone help me develop one of these word/excel templates?
