Hi Guys,

I am trying to create a Template/Form, that will enable us to send a
notification e-mail to a distribution group.

I have kind of managed it on my Outlook 2000, using a form, but I also need
it to work on Office 97 and XP.

Is there an easy way to use the same Form/Template, or am I better off
writing one for each version.

A form created in Outlook 2000 should work in other versions as well, as long as you haven't used any features that don't work in those other versions.

Also note that there is a separate newsgroup for Outlook forms issues -- microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms.
