Hello,
Add the checkboxes as form fields. Once you are finished,
protect the document as a form by clicking on the little
lock button on the Forms toolbar. Save the document in
its protected state, and then send it out. Your
recipients will only be able to move to the checkboxes
and check them.

I am trying to create a template in word with checboxes.
We would e-mail this template to customers reply back
with the box checked. I created the boxes but when I hit
the reply key all my boxes turn to asteriks?? Any
