I have Outlook 2003 running on a 2003 Server in application mode, users do
not have the option to add "show this folder as an email address book". It
is greyed out. They can see and access their personal address book in
Outlook folder view, but cannot access when creating new email. Only "global
address list" are available through the new email function. This problem is
isolated to the session in terminal server, locally it works just fine.
