Text around circles

How do I insert text around the inside of a circle that follows the circle
angle?

There is a WordArt shape that will do this. Aside from that, you'll need to
use an illustration program that can put text on a curve.

Use a drawing program that allows text to follow a path. Word cannot do
this.
