text as legend in all pages in power point

how can i put a text with animation like legends in bottom in all pages

I think you can achieve this by placing your text in the master page.

What FuzzyD said. Or, click View > Header and Footer. Put a checkmark on
footer and type your text in it. Click Apply to All.
Now, click View > Master > Slide Master.
Click Slide Show > Custom Animation.
Add the desired effect onto the <footer> placeholder.
