Text box resizing

I have set up a form, with a text box to insert a photo into.
However every time a photo is inserted, the text box resizes.

How can I set up the text box, so that the photo will resize itself to the
size of the text box, not the other way around?

Is there a reason you need to place them in a text box rather than
insert them directly in the document? If it's because you want freely
move them then use the "Text Wrapping" command on the Picture toolbar
and change it to anything other than "Inline with text".
