Text Box won't print except for in last section of document

I have a Word document that contains two copies of the same letter but to two
different people. Each one has a text box in the header and in the body of
the letter. Each letter is in a separate section. The text boxes are visible
in Print Preview throughout the letter. However, when I print, the text boxes
from the first letter DO NOT print but the text boxes in the second letter DO
print.

I have checked to make sure there is no hidden text. I have checked to make
sure Include Drawing Objects is checked in print options.

What now!?
