i want to copy a text box on first page and paste the same
on the other page at the same location without any shifting

The usual method, believe it or not, is to insert the text box into the
header layer, then put it into the desired position. It will then (depending
on settings in File - Page Setup - Layout tab), repeat the text box on each
page. Note: the header layer can actually put text anywhere on the page (as
can the footer), not just in the top area of the paper.
