Text more than 256 chars

Hi,
How can I insert text data for a task that contains more than 256
characters? It's possible to divide the data in to several fields, but it' a
bit clumsy.

Hi,

You may add notes to text which exceed 256 characters by clicking on the
Task Notes button on the Standard toolbar. This will display the Task
Notes page of the Task Information dialog box.

However, if you insert the Notes field into a table, only the first 256
characters will appear. All other text fields (including the [Name]
field) are limited to 256. The only work around is, as you suggest, to
split the text between multiple Text fields.
