text size changes in IE

I recently changed from using OE to Outlook XP for my email. It is working
fine, but the text size is changing in IE 6, from small to medium. No
matter how many times I reset it to small, as soon as I open Outlook XP, IE
changes to the medium size text for browsing.

Is there any way to change this??
