Text size changes when inserting into powerpoint

I am using PowerPoint 2000. When I insert a slide from a different
PowerPoint the text size and color changes.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately I don't have Check Keep Source
Formatting available in 2000. I noticed it was in 2003 but not 2000.
