Text Styles

Is there a way to customize text styles. For example, I currently identify
nilestones as bold/blue I would like to present a other tasks with tasks with
zero duration NOT as a Milestone but as a checkpoint in a different font
color size than milestone, etc. Can I customize text styles based on
specific criteria?. What has been other peoples experience with this...text
styles.

You only have a few text styles to work with. Highlight and Marked are the
ones which you can use as you see fit. You can run a filter to highlight
tasks so that would seem easiest. Make a highlight filter which finds all
tasks that are your checkpoints and then run it. If the text style for
highlights is set then it should work fine. An alternative is to use Marked.
Insert the marked column and mark the tasks you want to show up in that way.

I basically do not bother with text styles. I do format bar styles often
however.
