I'm evaluating switching from Eudora to Outlook.

One of things I use in Eudora is the ability to
set up filter to "speak" (using MS Text To Speech)
configurable parts of the incoming message to
me (e.g. if an email is for me, I can configure
it to speak out the sender and the subject).

I haven't found a similar action in Outlook rules.

Is there a way to accomplish what I want?
