Text/Value Properties Persist When Designing a Form

I have several controls each bound to different user-defined fields whose
Text & Value properties persist even after I apparently delete them. When I
run the form from design mode or publish it and create new, the old values
are still there.

Help.

For the comboBox that I was having difficulty with, I was not encapsulating
the initial value in quotes as in "TEN". For the date/time box, I was not
aware that Outlook always displays a date/time or NONE - as opposed to an
empty field.
