Thank you letter for excellent customer service

Suggestion for your Office templates area - you offer a template for
"complaint for customer service" but it would be nice if there was also a
template to thank someone (or preferrably send a letter to someone's
supervisor) for excellent customer service - for times when customer service
has gone "above & beyond" the call of duty.
