the command is not available because iit s locked

I cant seem to work inside my document I get this erro
message. First it would give me the option that
said "welcome to the activation wizard" I click activate
and I could work in the document normally, but now I
cant. the same is happening for my Excel, and Power Point.
I cant save the document, I can open any other options
either. Please Help, Via my E-mail... Im desperate. My
Office is 2000 Pro.
