The data file '*' was not closed properly.

Hi

Several of our users have local pst files as archive and ost file as e-mail
storage.

Several times the are getting the following message when they starts
Outlook2002.

The data file '*' was not closed properly. This file is being checked for
problems.



How can this problem be solved? So the users do not experience this problem.

We are all running WinXP, OfficeXP with Microsoft Exchange Server client to
our Exchange2000 server.
