does anybody know the difference between My Personal Projects and My Projects
in Category Definitions ?

In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup. To answer your question, the My
Personal Projects category governs the personal Activity plans that users
can create from the My Tasks page in PWA. The My Projects category governs
enterprise projects created by or managed by a project manager. Hope this
helps.
