The MSI must be launched through setup - Word 2003

I have recently installed Office 2003. I have a problem when I open Word 2003
and I get a message of ' The msi must be launched through setup. This does
not happen with any other components of Office 2003. When I open Word 2003,
the Windows Installer appears and this is when I get the mse message. The
message appears 3 times and I click ok 3 times and Word 2003 then opens. I am
running XP Pro and I did not have this problem with Office XP. The Office
2003 is the Professional version.
Any help will be valuable to fix this problem.
