It won't load and I have tried to reinstall it twice with no luck, the same

In one of my many installation experiences, it is better to -
1). uninstall Groove first (save the Groove account if needed).
2). delete any residual folders/subfolders.
3). clean up the registry (with utilities like ccleaner or regseeker).
4). reinstall Groove client (use prior Groove account file if needed).
5). cross-fingers and offer food & fruits to the Groove Gods.

Presto! Your Groove client should work (provided the Groove Gods are amused.

SBC,

Thanks for the thoughts, I shall try that when I get home tonight from work,
and buy some pineapples, and mangos on the way home, as in my opinion when it
comes to amusing the gods, tropical fruit tends to work wonders lol.

Thanks for your help, Ill try that

Have pulled hair out about this and then realised it has to due with
the user account not being set up properly on the groove software.

Basically, right click the groove icon in the system tray and select
"New Account .." then follow the instructions to either restore an old
groove account, or if you've lost your groove account file create a
new account.

Hope that helps,
Sean
