I know it can top-post, but it does not put your signature at the top along
with your reply. It puts your signature waayyy at the bottom, below all of
the previous message(s). This is a bug that has been in all versions of
Entourage.

Advanced Search! Ok, you can save a search as a view in Entourage, bu
heaven help you if you intend to search the body of the message as
criterion. I have a pretty heafty inbox and when it's trying to searc
message body you could just as easily open all of the messages (well
not that bad) but you can def go take a long lunch.

I came over from the Dark Side (MSFT WinXP) not long ago and hav
longed for a NeoPro-type e-mail organizer for Entourage on OSX.
Unfortunately there don't appear to be any out there. <sniff-sob>.

Hey Redmond! Could you just go and BUY a search company that is usefu
and inbed the technology? You're track record on this front has ha
years of road-kill along the way and I'm afraid all of us out here hav
the tire treads deeply imbedded on our person.

I'm still learning Entourage, but I wish that there were a way to
customize the interaction between the Projects stuff and the email
side. I put a fair number of contacts into specific projects that I
don't need cluttering up my normal address book - I wish that I could
specify "project only" or some such.

Also, I wish it were easier to add files, emails, etc to projects.
(Drag-and-drop would be awesome instead of having to repeatedly click
the little "add" button at the bottom.)

Also, I wish it synced right with my Palm! (Categories remaining on
the Palm is my main beef.)

The only thing I really hate about Entourage is the tiny type in box for
addresses. There are no user options to adjust the size of the font
used in the "To" box

Please let us know when & where you do publish it.

1. Generally, Sharing Projects. There are so many issues with Projects
I don't even know where to begin. This is my greatest source of
frustration with Entourage- it's a love-hate relationship.
2. Difficult to set up automatic download of pictures.
3. Speed of opening HTML docs. I must admit I hate using HTML and
hardly use it myself, but I get so many emails from trusted adresses (I
toss all the others) I have to know which to delete.
4. Prior to Entourage 2004 update (11.2), crashes.
