Hello,

I have a User that receives this error message when launching Word 2003.
"This document could not be registered. It will not be possible to create
links from other documents to this document." She has to reboot before Word
works correctly, but the problem reappears after a day or two.

Any suggestions to fix this problem.

Hi Kenny, check this out, it may resolve your issue..

First check the running services.
That is Remote Procedure Call,DCOM Server Process Launcher and Protected Storage.

Follow the steps given below:

Click Start--> Run and type services.msc
Double click each service from above list.
Set its startup type to Automatic.
Restart the computer.

Try this one..
